How to verify biopsy success immediately after sampling ?

• Cell Count Check: View the pipette tip under high magnification to confirm the intended number of cells.

• Blastocyst Assessment: Ensure post-biopsy the blastocyst re-expands and shows no large tears in the TE.

• Sample Transfer: Deposit cells into lysis buffer or PCR tube and visually confirm all cells left the pipette.
