ICSI Pipettes:
Inner diameter ~5–8 µm,
Taper length 600 micrometers , sharp bevel for membrane penetration
Biopsy Pipettes:
Wider bore (15–35 µm ID) to aspirate multiple cells
Longer taper (~900 µm) for added flexibility when sampling trophectoderm
