How to prevent detachment of trophectoderm cells ?
Focused Laser Cuts: If using laser, apply minimal pulses to detach only the targeted TE region.
Controlled Aspiration: Gently expand the pipette mouth against the TE without “plucking” clusters.
Pre-Equilibration: Allow blastocysts to acclimate in the biopsy drop for 1–2 minutes to reduce dynamic movements.
