How to verify biopsy success immediately after sampling ?

Blastocyst Assessment: Ensure post-biopsy the blastocyst re-expands and shows no large tears in the TE.
Sample Transfer: Deposit cells into lysis buffer or PCR tube and visually confirm all cells left the pipette.
